Gaudencio Fernandes Memorial Inter-Village Soccer started in the summer of 1995 for those players with Goan Origin or have Goan roots. The league commences mid May and ends in early October. Games are played every Sunday at the Thistletown Collegiate Institute on Fordwich Road and Islington Avenue, North of Hwy. 401, pass Elmhurst Avenue. The games starts between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
